College Street School is main stream school.

However the school is unique in that there is a partially hearing Department which cares for children from GD-1 to GD-7who have moderate to profound hearing loss, language problems, autistics
Our children are ‘partially’ hearing as they have a degree of speech and do nor qualify for Admission to ‘deaf’ school where children are mainly taught to ‘sign’. Our classes are small as I poetically learning child ‘weighted’ as 5. Amidst all the physical problems they are often ADD and have merger learning problems. There is another school in PE but sadly we are nor sufficiently promoted
